about us caption
We help give people a voice about things that matter to them. We go to Learning Disabilities Partnership Board meetings to help give people a bigger voice on important issues. There is a meeting every two months.

The Partnership Board is made up of people and organisations who want to make life better for people with learning disabilities and autism. We support people to join in with the meetings. What they say can help shape new and existing services to make them better. We work with groups afterwards to make the easy read minutes.

At some of our sessions we meet up and support people to rate and review a local place like a café or gym.
Sometimes we do research for our health and wellbeing newsletter. You can download our newsletters here:

Some of our sessions will be about issues like Safeguarding and how to stay safe. Some sessions are going out to other organisations to tell them about our group. Or about how they can give a better service to people like us.

Membership of our group is free and so are most of our sessions. People can come to just one of our sessions or get involved with lots of things. People who need more support are welcome to bring family, friends or personal assistants with them. See our facebook page for news. If you would like to find out more please see the contact us page.
